Homework in First Grade
Your child should be reading each night for a minimum of
15-20 minutes.Please check the Homework Record sheet,
which is located on the back of your child's behavior calendar
inside your L.I.O.N. Binder, each night. It will list the type of
homework to be completed each night. Then select a
corresponding activity from the Monthly Homework List to
be completed. Record the number of the activity on the
Homework Record Sheet and put any papers into the Homework
Folder inside your child's L.I.O.N. Binder. All homework papers
that are in the Homework Folder and all Homework Record
Sheetswill be collected on Fridays.
